Bow for your queen She's a craze and a sight to be seen And she's been here before Broken hearts bleeding red on the floor She is a hunter and she doesn't pray She will easily throw you away She's a howl and a scream All the roses are red in her dream You better paint them red You'll lose your head She's as cruel as cruelty can get Yeah she's a hunter and she doesn't pray Now is the time Better flee 'cause you won't hold the line Oh, and you think that you will Until all of your life is a still Yeah she's as beautiful as she's cruel Turns a king into a beggar fool Take a bow Take the pill Surrender yourself to her will You better run my friend She'll take your hand To pull you down to the bitter end It ain't no love, it's just a haze

Black sheep, hit it hard with your club With a club by your side Swing until you sweat Swing until you sweat Grind down every wall in the way Make way for the x-ray Smutty on their face Smutty on their face Bail out your tongue Rough talk on the street is gettin' loud As bulls in a crowd Fuckin' up a town Fuckin' up a town Be dressed in your animal skin And dance on the dirt 'til it hurts 'til your body bursts Until it bursts Bail out your tongue Bail out your tongue Be quiet as a red light burns As a serious one Waiting for a turn To return Bail out your tongue So, black sheep hit it hard with your club With a club by your side Swing until you sweat

Staring out the window It's raining outside Leaves are falling down Into a darker shade of white I'm waiting for the cozy emptiness of freezing cold These days are such a struggle But I've got someone to hold If the sun would shine at night Would the world be lightened up Would the days still be so bright Would the singing bird still stop If the sun would shine at night Another year is coming to its end Do you remember all the times we were walking Hand in hand Yes babe, we were walking hand in hand December is coming nearer every day It's getting colder every hour and the sky is turning grey

On My Knees 03:51
Down on my knees Panic bleeds beneath my nails They kicked me over, kept me down, nailed to the ground Please don't make me beat my needs And kick you over, keep you down, nailed to the ground Teardrop, won't stop, needles in my brain Backstab, mind trap, it will be in vain Nothing I can take, I can take it no longer Long enough to fake, exceeding the hunger I'm down on my knees, but I ain't gonna pray Now you think that I will tamely supply and fulfill your needs to survive But scattered stones will re-oppose, even though . . . Seized for all this time Up until they realize That they need a faith so strong To shake it off Teardrop, won't stop, needles in my brain Backstab, mind trap, but it will be in vain Nothing I can take, I can take it no longer Long enough to fake, exceeding the hunger I'm down on my knees, but I ain't gonna pray Nothing I could take, I could take it no longer Long enough to fake, exceeded the hunger Down on my knees, but I'll never pray

Sage 10:15
I met him in the valley fields Where dust nor water want to be Desert sage surrounded me A native soul to wise to see He did not seek, but still he found Me pondering on those sacred grounds Moved by his grace I ended up in front of him Where he laid his hands upon my face He told the tale we all know Which echoes in the depths of all Smothered by time But when you dare to see it'll come to mind Borders confined Appear not to be That's how the wisdom of a blind man made the white man see “A meek, humble man of honest sense, Who, preaching peace, does practice continence; Whose pious life's a proof he does believe Mysterious truths, which no man can conceive If upon earth there dwell such God-like men, I'll here recant my paradox to them, Adore those shrines of virtue, homage pay, And, with the rabble world, their laws obey”

Dawn 05:39
Come lay with me I will put your mind at ease I will lead you through this life. Float like a feather Light and gracefully See the world as your playground to be And I'll never lose my faith in you New morning breaks Opportunities play Right in front of you each day So you will flow like a river You bend and be strong Drift along but use your will to choose And I'll never lose my faith in you I hope you'll make it to wherever that may be And you'll never lose your faith in me

about

'A Darker Shade Of White' is our first album and is the result of four precious years of intense and sometimes frustrating but (in the end) extremely satisfying work with eachother and some of our best friends, without whom it would never have been the way it is right now.

We do not try to duplicate the past, nor we have the illusion to invent something completely new; we wrote the songs only WE can write.
Hope you like them!

Clear your mind from expectations, have a good seat and listen to the whole album (preferably multiple times, on vinyl, with the volume cranked up loud). We appriciate your honest opinion!

If you like or love what we do, please share our music with your friends. That's what music is meant for, and that's why our music is free to share.
